Is this an AI itinerary generator?+
No. The current Hotel Stay Planner is rule-based. It combines hotel information, guest preferences and destination suggestions.
What can guests tell the planner?+
Guests can enter stay dates, interests, pace and selected Offers, plus optional trip type, party size, mobility and budget preferences. Nearby suggestions do not verify accessibility or live prices.
Does choosing an Offer reserve it?+
No. A selected Offer is separate from a request, and a request remains pending until your hotel confirms it.
Can guests change their plans?+
They can move or remove flexible, non-confirmed items through their edit access. Confirmed hotel experiences remain protected.
What if destination suggestions are unavailable?+
Plan creation can continue with hotel programs and curated guidance. An optional destination lookup does not have to block the plan.
